ONLINE PAYMENTS | required information from statement
For your convenience, Scott Management Company offers an online payment system for homeowners who wish to pay their assessments online via credit/debit card or e-check. By clicking the "Pay Now" button below, you will be forwarded to Union Bank's HOA Payment Center.
Please follow Union Bank's instructions and prompts which will guide you through the process. You will be required to enter your Homeowner Association Name and your 10-digit Union Bank Homeowner ID. Please use the sample payment stub below to assist in locating these two items from the payment stub portion located at the bottom of your monthly statement.
If you cannot locate your account number, please call our office at 310-370-2696, and we will be happy to assist you.
On the following screen, you can either make a One-Time Payment or register for an account at Union Bank. Registered accounts can set up recurring payments, view payment history and save the property and payment information for future use.
The payment you are making may take 1-2 business days before it is applied to your account. Please plan in advance to avoid possible late charges and or interest.
PAYING BY E-CHECK
There is no cost to you for electronic check (E-Check) payments.
PAYING BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
You may also pay online by using major credit cards. Each online credit/debit card transaction is limited to $5,000.00, including a flat rate service fee of $14.95 per transaction. The Union Bank service is non-refundable.
